“Buckle up, baby.”

The second full trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story has arrived and is introducing us to who will eventually be one of the greatest heroes in Star Wars lore.

The May 25 film, from director Ron Howard, has some heavy lifting to do. Alden Ehrenreich is taking on the iconic role originated by Harrison Ford, Donald Glover is slipping into the part of Lando Calrissian, taking over for Billy Dee Williams, and a host of new characters are being introduced.

The trailer opens in Corellia, Han Solo’s industrial home world, and the shipyards that are constructing Imperial Star Destroyers. It’s a hardscrabble life, one our hero is eager to escape.

Everything we see in the trailer is the opposite of what Han Solo is currently known for. We see Beckett telling the young Solo that once he chooses this life of crime, he can’t go back. Which we know not to be the case. We even see him deliver an iconic line in a slightly different way: “I’ve got a really good feeling about this!”

The trailer shows us what Han and Chewie’s misguided aspirations once where and gives fans a glimpse at an unknown past.

Take. A look at the new trailer and poster below before Solo: A Star Wars Story lands in theaters May 25!
