The 75th Golden Globes took place tonight in Los Angeles and the red carpet was filled with black gowns and tuxedos as Hollywood made a statement against the sexual harassment and inequality in Hollywood and other industries. Using their voices to make the movement heard, many actresses were joined by activists who are already hard in the fight against the oppression against women and also talk about the Time’s Up initiative.

The big winners of the night where HBO’s Big Little Lies, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and Lady Bird but the most impactfull moments of the night was Oprah Winfrey’s speech when receiving the Cecil b DeMille award where she spoke about not only inequality in Hollywood between men and women but bringing attention to the global inequality in every other aspect of working life for millions of females.
