Taylor Swift fans surprised fans last year by not dropping an album as her usual MO but topped herself when her collaboration with Zayn Malik was released and went to #1 on iTunes the same day.

Since then, Taylor has been dropping hints of the “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” starting with a photo teaser on Zayn’s birthday.

The tune dropped last December and was the first song shared off the upcoming, star-studded soundtrack for Fifty Shades Darker. Co-written by Jack Antonoff and Sam Dew, Swift and the fun. frontman recorded together at Antonoff’s home while Malik forwarded his parts remotely from L.A. Antonoff took fans behind the scenes via a series of tweets shortly after release.

The video is set in a dark and sultry mood mostly taking place in a dimly lit London hotel room where both singers bemoan their pain.

The Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, which features new music from Halsey, Tove Lo, John Legend, Kygo, a duet from Nick Jonas and Nicki Minaj, and more drops alongside the film on February 10.
